Willow, maker of wearable breast pumps, announced it acquired British femtech company Elvie to scale the companies' maternal health platforms.
San Francisco-based Willow offers in-bra breast pumps, pumping accessories and breast care. The company most recently received FDA 510(k) clearance for its breast pump, Willow Generation 3 Breast Pump, in October of last year.

Willow, a creator of wearable breast pumps, announced this week it has raised an additional $55 million in its Series C funding round.
The round was led by long-standing investors NEA, Meritech Capital Partners and Lightstone Ventures, as well as new lenders, including Perceptive Advisors.
